We will acknowledge your complaint and write to you within 8 weeks either confirming our final position or explaining why we are unable to do so. If you are dissatisfied with how we deal with your complaint and you are not a business customer, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service by writing to Exchange Tower, London, E14 9SR, by calling 0800 023 4567 or by emailing complain info@financial-ombudsman.org.
